STC Twenty One Takes Off with New Spondon Headquarters!
We are thrilled to announce that we have started work on our new HQ!
STC Twenty One is spreading its wings, and we are now building our brand new headquarters in Spondon, Derby. This exciting development marks a significant milestone for our company, allowing us to soar to even greater heights.
Peter Gaughan, the Managing Director explains: “Our current base in Alvaston has served us well, but we’ve simply outgrown the space. The new headquarters on Nottingham Road, (occupying the former Crown Inn pub site,) represents a strategic investment in our future”.
The new facility will provide a substantial upgrade from our existing premises. It will offer a spacious and modern environment and with the significant investment it will allow STC Twenty One to grows the teams and operations.
We eagerly anticipate taking flight in our brand new Spondon home. This move signifies our unwavering commitment to Derby and our continued growth within the city’s thriving aerospace sector.
With work now under way, we plan on opening the door on the new HQ before the end of the year. Stay tuned for further updates as we embark on this exciting new chapter for STC Twenty One!

The footings are being poured this week, which means the next stage of construction is only days away. Everyone at STC Twenty One is eagerly awaiting seeing the walls go up and the designs finally come to life.
