Fasten your seatbelts, everyone, we’re excited to announce the arrival of our new Head of Office of Belly Rubs (HoOoBR) –

Bruce Erskine, a pup who’ll be joining us on the ground floor (pun intended) as our official office mascot.

While Bruce might not have pilot wings yet, their presence promises to take our work environment to new heights.

Soaring Spirits with Wagging Tails:

Studies suggest that having canine companions around can significantly improve employee well-being. Spending time with Bruce can:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety: Their playful nature and unconditional love can help lower blood pressure and cortisol levels, creating a calmer and more positive atmosphere.
  • Increase happiness and connection: Interacting with a pup can trigger the release of oxytocin, the “feel-good” hormone, fostering a more positive and connected work environment.
  • Spark conversations and collaboration: A pup’s playful spirit can act as a social lubricant, encouraging interaction between colleagues and fostering teamwork, just like the collaborative spirit that keeps our office running so smoothly.

Maintaining Smooth Operations:

Beyond the emotional benefits, Bruce can also encourage us to be more active. Regular walks and playtime breaks will get us up and moving, improving circulation, boosting energy levels, and combating the effects of sitting for extended periods.

We believe that Bruce will be a valuable addition to our team, contributing to a happier, healthier, and more productive work environment for everyone. So, let’s give him a warm welcome and enjoy the positive energy they bring – clear skies and smooth sailing ahead!
